How to use this section:

1. If this is your first time on our site, please enter your lot number or a full VIN number of your car or other vehicle. You will be able to see – the pictures of your cargo (at the moment of its arrival to our warehouse), short description of your cargo, port of destination, container number (after your vehicle is loaded into container), and the owner of the container. If you click on “Delivery Information”, in a separate window you’ll be able to see the current location of the container with your cargo (according to shipping line data).

2. In order to be able to skip entering lot number or VIN next time, please click on “Add to Selected” button. This way you will be able to see the information about your shipment on this page in section “Selected”.

3. If you have any questions regarding your shipment during the time of transportation, send your question by clicking on the “Ask for Information” button.

4. In order to send your clients a link to the page with description of a dispatch of your lot, please click on the “Send a Link to the Page” button.

5. Please use the Forum section for any other questions not pertaining to specific cargo.

6. Any questions or suggestions regarding improvement of our services are welcomed. You can write us by clicking on “Contacts” button. We will appreciate your comments and we will try to improve our services.
